Javën që lamë pas të rinjtë tanë nën mentorimin e artistit çek, Josef Palouda, zbuluan më shumë rreth afreskeve dhe restaurimin e tyre.Arti i afreskeve ka ndjekur njerëzimin që në kohët e lashta, ku njerëzit zbukuronin banimet dhe tempujt e tyre me figura të ndryshme nëpër mure. Duke filluar nga shpellat misterioze në Altamira, e deri te pikturat në varret Egjiptiane, kjo formë e artit shënon rëndësinë de veçantinë e dëshmuar ndër shekuj.Si të tillë, të rinjtë e grupit ARTivistat fillimisht u ligjëruan nga Josef Palouda, profesionist i kësaj lëmie, dhe mëtutje vazhduan punëtorinë në qytetin e Klinës ku panë nga afër procesin e punimit të afreskeve.
@Dia Shabani………Last week our young ones under the mentorship of the Czech artist, Josef Palouda, discovered more about the frescoes and their restoration.The art of frescoes has followed mankind since ancient times, where people decorated their dwellings and temples with various pictures on the walls. Starting from the mysterious caves in Altamira, to the paintings in the Egyptian tombs, this art form marks its importance and uniqueness witnessed over the centuries.As such, the young people of the ARTivistat group were first lectured by Josef Palouda, a professional in this field, and then continued the workshop in the city of Klina, where they saw closely the process of making frescoes.
We are delighted to share the highlights and outcomes of the round table on “Empowering Youth through Art” organized by Mural Fest Kosova in collaboration with the OSCE Mission in Kosovo. Held on June 19 at the Rubis Hotel in Ferizaj, this event brought together enthusiastic participants, artists, and organizations passionate about leveraging the power of art for social change.
The round table began with an inspiring opening address, emphasizing the significance of art as a catalyst for positive social impact. The discussions were thought-provoking and provided valuable insights into the ways young people are utilizing art to transform public spaces. The event successfully achieved its goals of showcasing youth artistry and promoting youth engagement and empowerment through creative expression.
The round table not only celebrated the achievements of young artists but also provided a space for networking and collaboration. It was heartening to witness the enthusiasm and dedication of all participants in creating a vibrant art community in Kosovo.
We extend our sincere gratitude to OSCE Mission in Kosovo, represented by Besarta Halimi, for their invaluable support in making this event a resounding success, but also the representative from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Dorotea Deshishku and the representative from the Directory for Culture, Youth and Sport in Ferizaj, Dashurije Ahmeti . Together, we have taken a significant step towards encouraging youth empowerment through art and fostering positive social transformation.

Edicioni i VII i Festivalit të Muraleve- On(OFF)Line u shënua edhe me organizimin e punëtorive artistike, një ndër të cilat është “Mural Kolektiv – Lidhja në Komunitet” me mentor Gabriel Pitcher.Planprogrami i pasur i Festivalit të Muraleve i qëndron besnik qëllimit drejt vetëdijësimit dhe fuqizimit së rinisë vendase përmes artit si formë e shprehjes.
Më datat 9 dhe 10 Maj të rinjtë e regjionit të Ferizajt patën mundësinë të marrin pjesë në punëtorinë “Mural Kolektiv – Lidhja në Komunitet” që do rezultonte në koncepte dhe dizajne që mëtutje do punoheshin në murale në lagjen Sallahane në Ferizaj.
Kjo punëtori dy-ditore u shoqërua me vizita në lagjen Sallahane, ku pjesëmarrësit hulumtuan gjendjen ekzistuese të lagjes, përceptimin e hapësirës, historikun e banorëve dhe vetë lagjes, si dhe nevojat e komunitetit. Mbi të dhënat e këtij hulumtimi u ndërtua edhe ideja dhe dizajni për muralet që do të pikturohet gjatë muajit Qershor nga vetë pjesëmarrësit. E tërë kjo ecuri u vëzhgua dhe mentorua nga afër nga artisti britanez, Gabriel Pitcher.
Përveç rezultateve që kaluan pritshmëritë, Punëtoria “Mural Kolektiv – Lidhja në Komunitet” përafroi të rinjtë vendas dhe theu barrierat që përçajnë komunitetet. Aktivitete të tilla dëshmojnë se si diversiteti dhe ambientet gjithëpërfshirëse të punës rezultojnë në vepra nga më të dalluarat, dhe dizajnojnë një shoqëri të përshtatshme për të gjithë.

The 7th edition of the Festival of Murals-On(OFF)Line was also marked by the organization of artistic workshops, one of which is “Mural Kolektiv – Lidhja në Komunitet” mentored by Gabriel Pitcher.The enriched curriculum of the Festival of Murals stays true to its objective of raising awareness and empowering the local youth through art as a form of speech.
On May 9th and 10th, young people from the region of Ferizaj had the opportunity to participate in the workshop “Mural Kolektiv – Lidhja në Komunitet” which would result in concepts and designs that would be further painter on murals in the Sallahane neighborhood in Ferizaj.
This two-day workshop was accompanied by visits to the Sallahane neighborhood, where participants explored the existing state of the neighborhood, the perception of space, the history of the residents and the neighborhood itself, as well as the needs of the community. The idea and designs for the murals were built upon the data collected through this research. The murals will be painted during the month of June by the workshop participants themselves. This whole procedure was closely monitored and mentored by the British artist, Gabriel Pitcher.
In addition to the results that exceeded all expectations, the workshop “Mural Kolektiv – Lidhja në Komunitet” brought together local youth and broke down barriers that divide communities. Such activities demonstrate how diversity and inclusive work environments result in the most distinctive works, and design a society suitable for all.

Një ndër avantazhet e mikpritjes së artistëve të renomeve ndërkombëtare është ndarja e përvojave me shoqëri të ndryshme përgjatë udhëtimeve nëpër vende të ndryshme të botës.
Më 25 Gusht, e Enjte, artisti amerikan Pat Perry shkëmbeu me të rinjtë tanë fragmente nga ekspeditat e tij artistike nëpër shoqëri të ndryshme të botës. Kjo u mundësoi artistëve tanë të rinj një hyrje në eksperiencën si artistë të së ardhmes që do lënë kontributin e tyre në caqe të ndryshme të botës.
Pat Perry na tregoi për format artistike dhe projektet e tij më të dalluarat, dhe faktorët që bëjmë ato më të veçanta dhe të dalluara në fushën e artit.

One of the advantages of hosting international artists is the sharing of experiences with different societies during travels in different countries of the world.
On August 25th, Thursday, the American artist Pat Perry shared with our young artists fragments from his artistic expeditions in different societies of the world. This gave our young artists an introduction to the experience as artists of the future who will leave their contribution to different places of the world.
Pat Perry told us about his most outstanding art forms and projects, and the factors that make them special and distinctive in the field of art.

Punëtoria finale e mbajtur përgjatë edicionit të VII të Festivalit të Muraleve- On(OFF)Line është “Përdorimi i mjeteve dixhitale për të sjellë në jetë idetë tuaja” me mentor, artisti amerikan, Zane Prater.Kjo punëtori është mbajtur më datë 12 Maj në Universitetin e Shkencave të Aplikuara në Ferizaj ku pjesëmarrësit kanë ndjekur prezantim për metodat se si arti dixhital mund të jetësohet në një mural të përmasave të mëdha. Përveç kësaj, rëndësi të madhe i është dhënë procesit të krijimit të koncepteve. Punëtoria “Dokumentimi i Artit Rrugor” me mentor, regjisori Britanez Doug Gillen është aktiviteti i radhës i mbajtur përgjatë edicionit të VII të Festivalit të Muraleve- On(OFF)Line.Me datën 11 Maj në ambientet e Universitetit të Shkencave të Aplikuara në Ferizaj, të rinjtë nga regjioni i Ferizajt patën mundësi të marrin pjesë në këtë punëtori që pati për qëllim t’i njoftojë ata mr bazat e dokumentimit filmik të artit rrugor. Pjesëmarrësve u janë demostruar metoda të ndryshme të krijimit e më pad editimit të videove përmes mjeteve që janë në dispozocion. Gjatë kësaj punëtorie ata kanë patur për detyrë, nën udhëheqjen e Doug Gillen, të ndjekin punën e artistëve të ftuar gjatë festivalit dhe të krijojnë video që dokumenton veprat e artit që janë pikturuar si dhe prezantim të vetë artistëve.

The workshop “Dokumentimi i Artit Rrugor” with mentor, British film director Doug Gillen is the next activity held during the 7th edition of the Festival of Murals – On(OFF)Line.On May 11th in the premises of the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, young people from the region of Ferizaj had the opportunity to participate in this workshop that aimed to introduce them to the basics of film documentation of street art. Participants were shown different methods of creating and editing videos through the available tools. During this workshop they had the task, under the leadership of Doug Gillen, to follow the work of the artists invited during the festival and create videos that document the artwork that have been painted as well as a presentation of the artists themselves.

At MuralFest Kosova we appreciate every form of art, that’s why we had the pleasure to learn and practice more about the art of sculpture with the American artist Mickael Rosedale.
Such workshops enable our youth to explore beyond what they are used to doing, and expand the range of opportunities for career guidance.
We will be keeping you updated on other activities that we undertook with Mickael Rosedale, a professional in the field of sculpture and muralism, for the benefit of local youth.

Hapësirat publike brenda zonës urbane të qytetit të Ferizajt të cilat janë pika të vdekura, të rinjtë e Mural Fest Kosova janë angazhuar që t’i shndërrojnë në hapësira sociale e t’i gjallërojnë ato.
Projekt ky i cili ka filluar në muajin shtator, ku fillimisht është mbajtur punëtori dy-ditore mentoruar nga: En Sylejmani dhe Fortunë Haziri. Në këtë aktivitet, grupi i pjesëmarrësve, udhëhequr nga Elba Gashi kanë bërë analiza dhe janë indentifikuar mundësitë dhe nevoja për ndërhyrje tek oborri i brendshëm- atriumi krijuar nga blloqet e ndërtesave.
Gjatë punëtorisë është mbajtur edhe një diskutim publik me banorët, ku të gjithë ishin të ftuar për të dhënë mendimet e tyre, gjë e cila na ndihmoi edhe në procesin e dizajnimit të ndërhyrjes artistike në këtë vend.
Në ditët në vazhdim do të shihni më shumë nga ky projekt i lezeçëm nga Artivistat tanë!

The public spaces within the urban area of Ferizaj, which are dead spots, the youth group of Mural Fest Kosova are committed to transforming them into social spaces and enlivening them.This project, which started in September, were initially we held a two-day workshop mentored by: En Sylejmani and Fortunë Haziri. In this activity, the group of participants, led by Elba Gashi, made analyzes and identified the possibilities and needs for intervention in the inner courtyard – the atrium created by the blocks of buildings.During the workshop, a public discussion was held with the residents, where everyone was invited to give their opinions, which helped us in the process of designing the artistic intervention in this place.In the coming days you will get to see more of this cool project from our Artivists!
